ELLEIPSIS INKS DEAL WITH AGENTFACTOR FOR E-TRAVEL FULLFILLMENT AND TICKETING SERVICES

Partnership Also Enables Elleipsis Full Access to Negotiated Fares

Elleipsis, the premiere provider of aggregated travel web services based on the OpenTravel™ Alliance (OTA) specifications, announced today that it has entered into a partnership with AgentFactor, a buy-side and sell-side travel fulfillment exchange company. Through this strategic partnership, AgentFactor will provide travel fulfillment and ticketing services for Elleipsis, adding to its industry-leading suite of travel industry services.

Through this deal, Elleipsis, which offers integrated connectivity to the major global GDS leaders, including Amadeus, Galileo and Sabre, will increase its discounted fare offerings to its customers by adding pre-negotiated rates.
