Elleipsis signs a strategic alliance agreement with Reservations Gateway, Inc. to jointly market their respective products.

Elleipsis, a leading provider of XML travel web services, today announced that it has signed an agreement with Reservation Gateway, Inc. a US owned and managed provider of online business solutions to the travel industry. Under the terms of this agreement both parties have the broad purpose of growing their respective businesses by supporting each other's products and services.

Headquartered in Centreville, Virginia, Reservation Gateway, Inc. maintains sales and support offices in Las Vegas (US), Toronto (Canada), Dubai (UAE), Sydney (Australia) and Colombo (Sri Lanka).

With the integration of its front-end line of products to the Elleipsis' TravelTalk Web Wervices, Rezgateway will be able to offer air, car and hotel GDS inventories to their customers.

Elleipsis will be able to offer a complete travel application to customers looking for a turn-key solution.
