Diane Byman, President,

Ms. Byman's background is extensive and diversified. She has over 26 years of experience managing the day to day operations of a variety of entrepreneurial companies. Previous to joining the Elleipsis team she was responsible for the day to day operations of 10 Rings Ltd. a consulting firm with global investment interests. Ms. Byman was responsible for a variety of tasks including performing due diligence and creating management reports on prospective and current investments of the company.

Rastko Ilic - Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Ilic is co-founder of the Company and brings over 20 years of experience in the travel industry working with airlines and Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre and Worldspan.  Mr. Ilic is recognized as an industry leader in design and development of e-commerce applications connected to different reservation systems. Before starting up Elleipsis, Mr. Ilic occupied various positions at Amadeus global distribution systems in Nice (France). He is fluent in English and French.
